Thank you for shopping with From the Grounds Up Coffee Roasting! We take pride in roasting and delivering high-quality, freshly bagged coffee. Because our products are perishable and roasted to order, all sales are final.
No Returns
We do not accept returns on any coffee products for reasons including (but not limited to):

Taste preference

Ordering the wrong item

Change of mind
This policy ensures the freshness and safety of all products shipped to our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once verified, we will provide either:

Packages marked as delivered but not received
If your package is lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
