At From the Grounds Up Coffee Roasting, all coffee is roasted fresh to order. We aim to ship every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days from the time your order is placed.
Please note:

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Large orders may require additional processing time, but never more than 4 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

Packages marked as delivered but not received
If your package is lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
